Wrong Vessels
An ongoing ceramic series that links the resistance of clay with women’s resistance to patriarchal control. Both the clay and women are expected to behave, to take the shape demanded of them, to perform correctly. When either refuses, the response is the same. The wrongness and failure must be fixed or destroyed. But what if the refusal is the work?
The Perfect Female
A speculative art project staged as a fictional Chinese biotechnology corporation, AnKang Bio™, which markets body implants designed to engineer a socially compliant female body. The work uses the visual and linguistic conventions of biotech marketing as its material, asking how a body becomes legible as a product specification.

Artist’s Diary
This illustration publication places a first-person perspective of an artist’s experience in the art market and the process of producing pork in the slaughterhouse on facing pages. In this pairing, the artist and the carcass occupy the same position in their production lines.
